About this place
A serene four-bedroom duplex with seven beds and breathtaking views over the lagoon and pool — west-facing, so the golden afternoon light and Gouna sunsets come to you. The duplex spans two floors plus a rooftop. Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy living room, one bedroom, one bathroom and a spacious outdoor patio. Upstairs: three more bedrooms and a second bathroom. One of the upstairs rooms connects to the master bedroom via a door and blinds, which works well for young children. All bedrooms have blackout blinds. Full access to the house, patio, shared pool and shared lagoon.
Neighborhood
Peaceful Sabina neighbourhood on an open lagoon. About 7 minutes by tuktuk to Downtown and 10 minutes to the New Marina.
Transit
Free parking on site. Tuktuks are the easiest way to reach Downtown and the Marina.
